I’m a theatre facilitator, educator and director. I’ve worked for many different theatre companies (Temba, BAC, Paines Plough, Everyman Liverpool, Contact) and taught in college and university settings (Kirklees, Universities of Sheffield, Leeds and Huddersfield). I’m currently writing a book about Women and Age on the UK Stage to be published this year by Routledge. I love being in a room with people who want to make theatre. I love making and going to see theatre. I think theatre can be a force for good in the world, both for those who make it and those who go to see it. I live in Leeds and have two grown up children and one grandchild.
